A seasoned professional with approximately 30 years of quality, environmental, health, and safety (EHS) management systems auditing, expert witness (safety) and compliance expertise in a variety of industries. Chris has hands-on experience in field based and Senior Management level of environmental, health, and safety issues. He has consulted and audited Quality, Environmental Health, and Safety Management Systems His practice includes a wide variety of industrial clients in mineral extraction, utilities, high technology, manufacturing, medical device, food and beverage, and other disciplines.
Chris is also a professor at the University of Denver where he teaches master's level courses in ISO14000 Lead Auditor, EHS management, and technical courses in process safety management and risk management planning professional experience. He is also an expert witness in OSHA related cases.

The ISONetwork, LLC Managing Principal 1995 - 1999
This company, established as a subsidiary of EHS, Inc. and later spun-off as a separate company, was formed to answer the growing need for ISO 9001/14001 support to industry and government. Projects included conducting gaps analyses, developing management reports, designing Environmental Management Systems, and implementation and training.
Golden Aluminum Company Mgr, Environmental Health & Safety 1989-1992
In this position, Mr. Kuiper served as the corporate director of EHS activities for domestic and international operations. This newly created position allowed the opportunity to build an integrated environmental, health and safety management system from the ground up and provided extensive hands-on and corporate oversight experience.

This assignment emerged over many years of front line and progressively higher level technical and managerial EHS positions. Both domestic and international assignments permitted Chris the experience of building compliance systems and teaching indigenous staff how to implement and maintain self-monitoring quality and EHS systems.
