Kathy French

Kathy French is a successful leadership consultant in Colorado. She has been in the organizational training and development field for more than 20 years and has owned her own firm for more than 11 years. Today, Kathy spends the majority of her time working with company executives in helping them develop their leadership skills and building high performance teams in their organizations. Excellent teamwork evolves from better planning - both strategically and in individual performance planning. Improved decision-making and problem-solving processes are also by-products of leadership and teamwork.

There are two things that make Kathy French stand-out from other consultants in the leadership development field:

  1. Wide experience in many different industries allows her to relate teamwork processes to any task - whether it is in hi-tech, medical, manufacturing, service or not-for-profit organizations
  2. The basis of all of her work is grounded in one purpose, which is permanent and lasting behavior change. All of Kathy's programs and consulting services are based in academic research as well as hands-on management experience; they are not just reflections of popular literature.

Kathy French holds a Master's degree from the University of Denver in Human Communication. As a graduate of one of the top five schools in communication research, she is able to represent the latest developments in team building, leadership studies, diversity issues, and organizational communication. Kathy has an undergraduate degree in secondary education. She has more than six years of corporate training experience in executive and management development, and has spent a great deal of time as a development consultant to sales organizations throughout the Midwest.
