  • Facilitated the use of the Malcolm Baldrige model to assess and improve the operational performance of the new wireless telecommunications division of a Fortune 100 technology firm.
  • Program manager for ISO 9001 Registration of two computer centers and Business Recovery consulting firm.

  • Manager, facilitator, and technical trainer for Celestial's "Jump Start" Continuous Improvement Process that reduced waste and product defects by more than 50% while increasing productivity by 33%.
  • Utilized DOE and TQM methodologies to produce a tenfold improvement in packaging barrier properties.
  • Developed and implemented corporate quality measurement system. Divisional Manager of Engineering and Quality WITCO Corp Responsible for manufacturing engineering, process engineering, new product commercialization, and quality for the elastomer products division of this chemical manufacturing firm. This $30 Million division has 220 employees and produces three elastomer product lines, which are marketed throughout the world.
